Along In Years, LLC was founded by A. Lisa Raynor, DNP-C, MBA, MHA, BSN, RN, a nurse leader with over 30 years of nursing experience in community health and healthcare operations.

Recognizing critical gaps in care delivery, Along In Years, LLC created InGap Care™, a structured in-home support, consulting, and education framework designed to align home care with improved care transitions, reduced hospitalizations, and stronger support for families caring for dependent adults.

Our mission is to deliver client-centered, wrap-around health management that guides individuals and families.
