Along In Years, LLC was founded by A. Lisa Raynor, DNP-C, MBA, MHA, BSN, RN, a nurse leader with nearly 30 years of experience in community health and healthcare operations.

Recognizing critical gaps in care delivery, Along In Years created InGap Care™, a structured consulting and support framework designed to align in-home care with improved transitions, reduced setbacks, and stronger support for families.

Our mission is to deliver client-centered, wrap-around health management that guides individuals and families. Our vision is to be the bridge that closes gaps across the healthcare continuum.
