Dr. Deborah Washington

DNP, MHA, MSN, RN, CCRN

Dr. Washington joined Along In Years, LLC as a Nurse Consultant during its foundational phase and remains a trusted contributor to advancing the organization’s mission. She brings a deep commitment to equipping clients and caregivers to age safely at home.

With over 30 years of nursing experience across leading health systems, including Duke University Medical Center, Rex Healthcare, and WakeMed, Dr. Washington has held roles in clinical leadership, quality improvement, education, and patient safety.

She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and a Master’s in Health Administration (MHA) and has been a Certified Critical Care Nurse (CCRN) since 2011.

Nia Wright

MSW, MA

Ms. Nia Wright serves as Vice President of Social Care Services at Along In Years, LLC. With firsthand insight into the complexities of caregiving and care navigation, she is deeply committed to supporting individuals and those who serve in primary caregiver roles.

Ms. Wright brings extensive experience across social care and advocacy, supporting individuals with intellectual, mental, and physical health disabilities. Her professional background includes roles with Stop Soldier Suicide, Workplace Options, and Disability Rights of North Carolina, where she served as an advocate, educator, investigator, counselor, and case manager.

She holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) and a Master’s in Psychology and is pursuing a PhD in Human Development.

Camille S. Turner

M.Div., MS, MAPCC

Camille S. Turner joined Along In Years, LLC as Vice President of Mental Health and Spiritual Care Services. Her personal beliefs align with the organization’s mission and vision, and her expertise strengthens her role as a health and healing professional. Ms. Turner is dedicated to supporting, caring for, and educating vulnerable individuals, their families, and communities, with a strong focus on self-determination and individual choice.

She brings experience as a Chaplain and Grief Counselor, Policy Advocate, Logistics and Operations Manager, Training Facilitator, and Outreach Coordinator. Her previous roles include work with Veterans Affairs Medical Centers, Penn Medicine Level 1 Trauma Hospital, the American Red Cross, the Justice Center (Atlanta, GA), Good Shepherd Mediation, and the Army Community Service Center (Ft. Lee, VA).

Ms. Turner holds a Master’s in Divinity, a Master’s in International Relations, and a Master’s in Pastoral Care and Counseling, along with certifications in Recovery-Oriented Cognitive Therapy for Serious Mental Health Conditions, Peer Support Specialist, and EMDR.
