Dr. Deborah Washington, DNP, MHA, MSN, RN
Dr. Washington joined Along In Years, LLC as a Nurse Consultant during its foundational phase and remains a trusted contributor to advancing the organization’s mission. She brings a deep commitment to equipping clients and caregivers to age safely at home.
With over 30 years of nursing experience across leading health systems, including Duke University Medical Center, Rex Healthcare, and WakeMed, Dr. Washington has held roles in clinical leadership, quality improvement, education, and patient safety.
She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and a Master’s in Health Administration (MHA) and has been a Certified Critical Care Nurse (CCRN) since 2011.
JESSICA MOORE, BS, PTA
Mrs. Jessica Moore joined Along In Years, LLC as a licensed Therapy Consultant during the company’s growth and expansion phase. She holds a Bachelor of Science from North Carolina State University and is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant from Nash Community College.
Mrs. Moore has over 10 years of experience as a licensed PTA in multiple settings, including skilled nursing, short-term rehab, assisted and independent living, and hospital (CICU, step-down units, and med-surg units).
The company’s mission and vision are to guide individuals and families through difficult health seasons and bridge the gap across the healthcare continuum. Mrs. Moore hopes to help the company grow and accomplish this goal through education, fall prevention, home safety, and home exercise programs.
Nia Wright, MSW, MA
Ms. Nia Wright serves as Vice President of Social Care Services at Along In Years, LLC. With firsthand insight into the complexities of caregiving and care navigation, she is deeply committed to supporting individuals and those who serve in primary caregiver roles.
Ms. Wright brings extensive experience across social care and advocacy, supporting individuals with intellectual, mental, and physical health disabilities. Her professional background includes roles with Stop Soldier Suicide, Workplace Options, and Disability Rights of North Carolina, where she served as an advocate, educator, investigator, counselor, and case manager.
She holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) and a Master’s in Psychology and is pursuing a PhD in Human Development.
